namely getting [1-10] instead of [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10] in my
citations. The LaTeX world has cite.sty --- what can we poor
eplain slobs do, short of hand editing these strings.
I once tried looking at all the various latex cite.sty files that do
this to try to understand them, but never got very far. It's something
I've wanted myself for a long time, but it's never been high enough
priority to get done.
If someone else would like to look into this and contribute a macro to
do it, I'd be most grateful.
